Monitoring

• Assisting in battle management as well as military and security confrontations, fire crisis management, monitoring and coordination of operations carried out by police, Coastguard security, etc.
• Transmitting live broadcastings from sites anytime to responsible officers in the central departments, with an archive since the beginning of operation.
• Monitoring pipelines of gas and oil not only against attacks but also against any gas leak whatever how very little it is (It can Instantaneously and continuously photograph a leaked gas stream, the total weight of the leaked gas during one hour is one gram!).

Surveillance

• Ordinary and specialized air surveillance and specialized with the highest photography accuracy globally.

• Sensing toxic gases and others, oil fields issue toxic gases, 3 seconds of exposure is enough to eradicate a human life (which has eradicate the lives of many workers in oil companies).

Research

• Our systems could be used for a wide range of research applications like aerial photography, geological surveys, wildlife monitoring and spectroscopic measurements, mapping and exploration.
• They can also be used for technological research like aerial sensor testing, artificial intelligence & strategy development.

Since this is the status quo in the region, so we are here presenting some of the most recent technologies in the field of secured and accurate aerial surveillance, which is cost effective in the same time. It is summarized in the "FlyingStar" itself instead of large plane/helicopter with human crews which may be endangered, in addition to the great costs with many serious disadvantages such as its noise and thermal emissions which expose it to be discovered of enemies so easy and eases shooting it with heat tracking rockets.

We suggest here to build bases for instantaneous aerial photography (could be increased upon request) each base has two units of the "FlyingStars" at least, its crew's responsibility surveying about 20 km every hour. Knowing that the FlyingStar can survey five times this area but because of some roughness, we do not want to leave the opportunity for any sinner intruder. Therefore, we will reduce the speed of flying for more accurate comprehensive surveying. However, we promise that we will not even let a cat to pass without identifying!
A special aspect here is that it helps effectively in managing guerrilla warfare in mountainous areas.

Base Set:
One aerial photography base consists of:-

• Two "FlyingStar" units with a complete set of spare parts for all parts of the plane
• Kit of multi-purpose cameras, including dark night photography camera and infrared camera (which can capture a picture of an animal in the size of a cat from 30 floors distance)
• 6 fast & high current batteries
• Land control unit including a heavy duty laptop with operation programs needed, besides preset tasks programming tools for special tasks.
• One operation engineer, who is responsible for analyzing all data, live video broadcasting, photography and placing them directly to the field leaders. Moreover, reporting any attempts to penetrate the borders or even doubting that.
  This point can be replaced by giving an intensive training for any number of personnel to operate the whole unit and replace our engineers.

This thorny issue almost becomes with this technology presented here enjoyable not a concern for both officials and citizens. The live survey and unnoticed by any party reminds us of fiction films. However, returning to the typical presentation of our project we should enumerate the following elements:

Features of "FlyingStar" in rescue operations and Counter-Terrorism:

• It can see what any other person associates in the operation do not see, making it contribute to the operations management with a significant superiority.
• It does not endanger the life of persons inside it, and that is obvious in the rescue operations from fire and explosions or gas leakage in oil sites or gas or oil transporting vessels.
• It emits relatively low noise makes it unnoticed by any party.
• It can avoid any obstacles in air and photograph closely, and it can enter easily from the narrowest places even if it is a small sized window.
• It can monitor rooftops and balconies closely which is not available for large planes/helicopters.
• It is not affected by wireless jamming devices used by technologically advanced gangs, and it is not required to operate it through the wireless connection if it is programmed, which means that it is impossible to detect any wireless signal whatever devices the enemy used.
• It could be carried in any car and be operated from anywhere; it does not need any kind of runways.
• It can spy with high accuracy at the participating in large human groups such as: demonstrations, football matches, and races which give the ability to follow up any incidents during action, or at least shoot the participants clearly despite their number, to be questioned later.
